Lilac Air Conditioning provides expert HVAC installation, repairs, and maintenance across Gosford and the surrounding Central Coast suburbs.
Gosford sits on Brisbane Water, and that one fact shapes most of the air conditioning work here. Outdoor units near the foreshore catch salty air, apartment buildings limit where a condenser can go, and the CBD has shops and surgeries that can't afford a dead system in the middle of a trading day.
Gary Lui at Lilac Air Conditioning can work across all three. In East Gosford and Wyoming you'll often find older brick homes where one or two split systems do the job without fuss. Closer to the CBD and the water it's more likely to be a unit or a small commercial fit-out, and the first conversation is usually about where the outdoor equipment can sit and who needs to agree to it.
Summers get properly hot, and the humidity coming off the water makes them feel worse. Lilac Air Conditioning installs split systems, ducted systems and commercial equipment around Gosford, and a free look at the site comes first, then a written price that doesn't move.
Narara, Point Clare, West Gosford and Kariong get the same treatment. Gary turns up, measures, listens to how you actually use the rooms, and tells you plainly what he'd put in. If a simpler option will do the job, that's the one he'll quote.
Local Climate Note
Brisbane Water keeps Gosford humid through summer, and salt in the air near the water settles on outdoor coils, so units close to the foreshore are worth having cleaned and checked every year.
Many apartment buildings around Gosford have rules about where outdoor equipment can sit, so a new system often needs the building manager's agreement before anything's ordered. Gary will measure up, mark where the condenser could realistically go, and give you something concrete to put in front of your strata committee.
Retail and medical premises in town can't close for a day while a system goes in. Lilac Air Conditioning plans commercial installs and repairs around your trading hours, which sometimes means an early start, an evening or a weekend, and a clear plan beforehand for what's switched off and when.

"Not expecting our air conditioning to stop on one of the hottest days of the year, I contacted Gary and he advised me straight away his availability and turned up to review our situation. Unable to source spare parts for our older unit, Gary was up front and honest in quoting, supply and installation. I would highly recommend Gary for his experience, knowledge and thorough communication. Thanks Gary"
