Full System Inspection
Gary inspects all components — indoor unit, outdoor unit, refrigerant levels, electrical connections, drainage, and controls.
Clean & Service
Filters cleaned or replaced, coils cleaned, drain pan and line flushed, outdoor unit cleared of debris. Everything that needs doing, done properly.
Performance Test & Report
The system is run through a full performance test. You receive a written service report noting any issues found and recommendations for next steps.
