Terrigal is a beach town with a busy hospitality strip, and it has a lot of homes whose owners care how things look. The houses range from modest fibro cottages to large oceanfront places, and in all of them the outdoor unit and indoor head are in view, so the finish matters as much as the cooling.

Many properties have limited roof space, which can rule out ducted, and some of the apartments have shared rules about condensers. We work through that on site. Local Climate Note
Terrigal gets full ocean exposure, so salt air is part of the picture for anything near the beach, and the humidity in a hot January only adds to the load.
If you've just spent a lot on a renovation, you don't want pipework running across a feature wall. Gary plans the route before drilling anything, chooses a position for the indoor unit that suits the room, and discusses concealed options where the structure allows.
Terrigal has plenty of apartments, some of them let out to holiday guests. Ask about arranging an install around guest bookings. A service before the busy summer weeks helps too.
