"Multi-zone climate control for complex buildings."
Supply, installation, and maintenance of variable refrigerant flow (VRF/VRV) systems for commercial buildings, apartment complexes, and large residential properties across the Central Coast and Lake Macquarie.
When a building has multiple zones, multiple tenants, or multiple floors — each with different heating and cooling needs — a conventional split system or ducted system simply can't deliver. VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) and VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) technology was designed specifically for this challenge.
A single outdoor unit serves multiple indoor units across an entire building, with each zone independently controlled. The system only delivers exactly the refrigerant each zone needs at any given moment — which is why VRF systems are typically 30–40% more energy-efficient than conventional commercial HVAC.
Gary Lui is an authorised Hitachi VRF installer and has completed VRF projects across the Central Coast for offices, retail complexes, medical centres, and large residential properties.
